LSR 2010-H-2349-R introduced in the New Hampshire Legislature would rescind all previous extant calls for a 2nd Federal Constitutional Convention authorized under  Article V that President James Madison warned against! You have until the first week of Jan. 2010 to work for passage of this Bill. Public hearings in Concord, NH could be scheduled anytime in early 2010. Just responded to the Concord Monitor (NH) 10/4/09 book review: "...American conservatism though, Tanenhaus asserts, has an affinity for attracting fringe elements and conspiracy theorists like the John Birch Society, which believed in the 1950s that President Dwight Eisenhower was a dupe of his brother Milton and the Communists."

The NH Legislature has three (2) John Birch Society Bills for 2009. HB92 calls for "Civilian Police Review Boards"   and HCR1 urging Congress to withdraw USA from SPP.  Any help is appreciated. I call these "JBS  Bills" because we have the expertise in this area.  In 2008 a  NH Legislature Committee became uninformed and ruled that NAFTA is an official Treaty - see "Treaty vs Agreement" on YouTube by "RemnantMan" featuring Jack McManus  explaining to the NH General Court why NAFTA is an Agreement and not a Treaty.  God Bless America
