Liberal Racism
According to the new book Game Change: Obama and the Clintons, McCain and Palin, and the Race of a Lifetime, Senator Harry Reid was delighted to have a "light-skinned" African American "with no Negro dialect, unless he wanted to have one" for a U.S. president.
As reported by CNN, Senator Reid apologized to President Obama. The president then stated: "I accepted Harry's apology without question because I've known him for years, I've seen the passionate leadership he's shown on issues of social justice and I know what's in his heart. As far as I am concerned, the book is closed."
The book is still open on whether former President Bill Clinton told Senator Ted Kennedy the following about Obama as president: "A few years ago, this guy would have been getting us coffee."
It remains to be seen if Clinton actually said such a thing, but given the Liberal media's willingness to forgive their own, and the record of the former president for being able to tell the truth, we'll probably never know.
