<description>The ability to tax assumes ownership.

The government assumes that everything is its exclusive property and is adrift from its godly call (Rm 13). It has become a thief with muscle and will force its theft. Property tax is entirely wicked and unbiblical. It is in blatant contrast to the First Commandment. We Americans are now treated as tenants of the State's assets.

Art Thompson mentioned two, however, the fundamental reason our Constitution disallows property tax is because of the contrast to the Scriptures. Property tax is the State's perverse version of the tithe.

The Founders were intensely God-fearing men and formed our nation on our Creator’s revealed Truth for purpose, prosperity and freedom. Our Constitution is incapable of governing anything but a God-fearing nation (as defined by Scriptures). &quot; The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof, the earth and they that dwell therein&quot;.

The State is presently in direct violation of this fact and will suffer for its theft of the Creator's property (Psalm 2).
