I think that Judge Napolitano is right in is judgment that Bush is a Felon, for violating the Constitution in this regard.

I would like to add that Bush also violated the Constitution, when he sent our troops into Iraq, by avoiding a congressional Declaration of War and by using United Nations Resolutions as his prerogative for this military adventure. - SCHNORCHEL

If you go to the 'action' tab on this website and then to the 'speakers bureau' selection, you will find information about who is speaking where and when. There is also a calendar at the bottom of the page with links to different scheduled speeches.
I don't know if or when he speaks in lower Manhattan, but he is scheduled to speak in Riverdale and Garwood New Jersey on the 19th and 20th of this month. - RCozy

I seem to recall receiving notice on John McManus' speaking in lower Manhattan. I think I recall it saying that he'll be there in May of this year. I hope I'm not too late. - Brendan Mahony
