You are, of course 100% correct. I am just so very weary of this seemingly endless parade of utterly worthless creeps and thugs. They are not one bit different than the schoolyard bullies we all knew and despised in our childhood years (though they are much more dangerous). Also, I believe that regime would be a more accurate term than administration for every fedgov group since that thoroughly evil Bush Sr. I can only say I'm thankful I'll most likely be dead and gone before the current regime is able to finish its systematic, deliberate destruction of this nation. I'd like to repeat, I make these statements of my own free will and do not care one whit who reads them. I want the thugs, the creeps and the bullies to know that I despise them and that I am their enemy. - danwhitehead1

Come on Dan, you are advocating the same thing that the Bush administration advocated-torture. Falkenrath is a toady for the establishment. But even he deserves a trial. Advocating an end to "due process " is not a capital offense so the only way we are going to keep people like Mr. Falkenrath from being given any credibility is to get more patriots to open up the Constitution. Until then we will continue to see the Falkenwarths on television playing the "No Trial" card for non-citizens.

Someone needs to remind Falkenrath that in our American traditions everyone is considered innocent until the state proves otherwise. And locking them up and torturing them to confess whatever the torturers are demanding is also un-American.

They also need to bring him down a notch by asking him if the Framers of the Constitution made a mistake in including amendments 5, 6 and 8. - Lee Gonzales

- - - of the completely worthless pukes who think they have the right to rule. This creep would be a perfect candidate for the return of the ancient execution style of public crushing of his head. - danwhitehead1
