On Thursday the United States Senate voted to end the 45 cents-per-gallon subsidy currently supporting the ethanol industry. The bill, offered by liberal Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and conservative Senator Tom Coburn (R-Okla.), was passed overwhelmingly, 73-27.

Excerpt from "Natural Gas — Yours for the Fracing": "Today, the Natural Gas Association estimates that 90 percent of wells drilled today use fracing as a means to increase production. This technology has, in about four years, changed the natural-gas production outlook from what some feared to be a tailing off of production, to what is now known as the shale gale."

The statutory national debt limit, raised in late 2010 to $14.3 trillion, was exceeded in mid-May this year. There are only two choices to remedy this problem: (1) raise the debt limit; or (2) drastically and severely cut back on spending.

On Wednesday, February 16, the Idaho House became the first state legislative body to pass a measure to nullify the entire ObamaCare law within a state.

As of today, at least one dozen states have already introduced bills to nullify the entire ObamaCare law!

The John Birch Society (JBS) has just released a new 12-minute video on YouTube, "Beware of Con-Cons: State Legislators Warn Against a Constitutional Convention."

Yesterday the Oklahoma House of Representatives issued a press release, "Ritze Seeks Nullification of ObamaCare," which stated: "State Rep. Mike Ritze has filed legislation to effectively nullify the new federal health care law and allow felony charges against individuals attempting  to enforce it in Oklahoma."

This is the bill we've been waiting for. The "Repealing the Job-Killing Health Care Law Act," H.R. 2, repeals the "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act," Public Law 111-148, and the "Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010," Public Law 111-152, known collectively as ObamaCare. That's it. No replacement, period. It just repeals the entire ObamaCare law.

Enough is enough! Support Ron Paul's "American Traveller Dignity Act of 2010" (H.R. 6416) to begin turning the tables on the TSA's highhanded and unconstitutional bodily inspection procedures.

Read "Oppose Any New State Calls for a Constitutional Convention" to learn more about the new drive to call a constitutional convention (Con-Con), why it's a bad idea, and what you can do to help stop any new Con-Con calls.
