There have to be 100 million American adults worrying about the economic situation engulfing our nation. Their dollar's value is shrinking; their taxes are burdensome; their jobs are threatened; and they don't know what to do or where to turn. President-elect Obama's promises of "change" seem certain to make matters worse.

We all know these good folks need The John Birch Society. With more members and more clout, the JBS could rescue this nation from the clutches of the New World Order crowd. How to get new members? How to increase JBS influence? How to reverse the plunge into socialism and the New World Order? These are the questions that must be answered.

Because so many Americans are worried about the economy, wouldn't it be great if the JBS had an inexpensive DVD containing a brief explanation about why the economic miracle created by our nation's Founders is floundering. Where did America go off track? Who caused all this anxiety about the future? What can be done to get back to having our country deservedly being the envy of the world?

There's really good news. The JBS has what's needed to begin reversing the nation's downward plunge. In late September, yours truly delivered a speech at the prestigious Denver Athletic Club. A very generous veteran member hired a professional television crew to videotape the proceedings. That videotape has now been edited and converted to DVD by our extremely talented headquarters technical staff. Entitled Dollars and $ense, this 45-minute presentation is now available and it will open the eyes of any decent American who will then begin to understand that what is happening is not the fault of the free enterprise system. Some will surely want to get involved in the fight for freedom.

Topics covered in Dollars and $ense include inflation, the national debt, the nature of money, the U.S. Constitution's mere two passages dealing with money, the Federal Reserve, the income tax, and more. It's a lesson in basic economics that can't be found in almost all colleges and universities. And it provides what Americans need to know in less than one hour.

The DVD is now available for JBS members from coast to coast to spread them around their communities with a cover note telling recipients how to get more information, how to get more copies, and how to get involved in the freedom battle (100 copies can be had for only $70.00 plus $11.75 s&h.).

Here are my suggestions: 1. Purchase 100 copies yourself, or make this a chapter project. 2. Select a nearby area containing 100 residences and hand-deliver a copy to each. 3. Accompany the DVD with a short note explaining that you are saturating the neighborhood with copies of the DVD as a public service. 4. Let recipients know that more DVDs are available at $1.00 each. 5. Ask for a response.

Neighbors will talk with neighbors about Dollars and Sense. They will discover some truths they never heard previously. Some will want more copies. Some will want to join in the effort to spread the word. You could also host a DVD showing to your local chapter or Meetup, or book me to give the presentation live through the Speakers Bureau. Don't forget to give copies to your local media contacts.  I can also be booked for interviews through headquarters.

OK, let's hear from you!
