Hello fellow lovers of freedom,

I think everyone knows by now the the 912 Tea Party Rally in DC was a huge success and is going to go down as a signature event in the history of the freedom movement.

It was an honor to be able to be a part of it. I especially want to thank all the Birch members and friends who came up from Virginia and North Carolina and helped us distribute over 4000 pieces of Birch educational material (DVD's, New American Reprints and NAU flyers). They were real boots on the ground soldiers for us. I know I will be leaving some out, but I will at least mention and give special thanks to the instigators who worked to get other people there, Tommy Massey, Joe Taylor, Joe Kee, Tom Redfern, Dick Kite, Ron King and Herb Lux. Those who couldn't make it to DC owe all our particpants a debt of gratitude.

If you were one of the many supporters from afar who couldn't be there in person, you can still be an after the fact direct participant by making a small donation to offset the cost of the material we handed out to thousands of interested parties. (Thanks again to all those who donated before the event!)

What a day! Now, it's time to keep the pressure on.

END NOTE: As we are all big fans of the truth, I have provided a photo and some graphics to help people make their own reasonable assessment of how many people actually turned out (be sure to click on the photo to get the magnified view).

Our foes are certainly trying to discredit us by talking in terms of 10's of thousands. However, for posterity's sake we should also be careful not to let the immediate excitement get to us and discredit ourselves with equally disreputable claims on the high end. Remember, before the event, most organizers, myself included, where all talking about an expected turnout of 25,000 to 50,000. We thought that any number above 100,000 would be magical and beyond any possible requirement for fellow American's to take notice and respect our efforts. Well, we certainly hit that!
