White House: Report “Fishy” Disinformation PDF  | Print |  E-mail

health reformA WhiteHouse.gov blog is encouraging American citizens to report to the White House any “disinformation” on the president’s health care bill that appears “fishy,” as the White House needs to be informed about opposition to the proposed reform.

Linda Douglass, the communications director from a White House office specializing in health care reform rhetoric, I mean "disinformation" gathering, is asking for the public’s help in reporting anyone who isn’t touting the president’s position according to White House Hoyle:

There is a lot of disinformation about health insurance reform out there, spanning from control of personal finances to end of life care.  These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation.  Since we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to "flag@whitehouse.gov."

Douglass and her boss seem to be upset by the “scary chain emails and videos [that] are starting to percolate on the internet, breathlessly claiming, for example, to ‘uncover’ the truth about the President’s health insurance reform positions.”

Douglass’ video on the website explains that the president is just trying to bring health reform to the American people via disciplining insurance companies, and says how unfortunate it is that people with a computer “and a lot of time on their hands” are “cherry picking” certain aspects of the bill and presenting them out of context. They find it hard to believe that Americans wouldn’t want this, as it is similar to the federal employee system of health care exchanges.

Also from the website comes:

For the record, the President has consistently said that if you like your insurance plan, your doctor, or both, you will be able to keep them.

So, perhaps the President should be reported to flag@whitehouse.gov for promoting this scheme, when it appears to conflict with Section 102, page 16 of H.R. 3200.

As far as the snitch program goes, I can just see a Saturday Night Live-style skit on this one already....

A Fish Tale
Like millions of others, I find the President's entire Health Care Reform Package extremely "FISHY" ....

But, of course, we are not supposed to report anything we think is "fishy."

As usual, it's a one-way street.

The scum that would rule SHOULD be afraid; they should be very, very afraid. The pee should be running down their legs. As far as squealing on your friends and neighbors, let's talk about Adolph Hitler and Nazi Germany.

Just for the record - - -
In an effort to be perfetly clear, I'm going to repeat something I posted at an earlier time at this website. The things I post here I post completely on my own and of my own free will. I do not care who reads what I have posted (including any of the scum who would rule and/or any of their agent myrmidons). If any limp-wristed, cowardly, gutless tattletale wishes to turn me in, go right ahead. I am terminally ill and won't be around much longer. If I were to get arrested, so what? At least I'd have a roof over my head as well as a place to die. What's more, the scum who would rule are nothing more than schoolyard bullies grown up and there's nothing I hate, detest and despise more than bullies. I WANT them to know that I am their enemy and have nothing for them but complete, cold utter contempt.

Nazi Germany
Nazi Germany was born out of the ashes of the Wiemar Republic and it became totalitarian. Dad and I were right about two Germans - Dietrich Bonhoffer a German pastor executed by Adolf Hitler and Count Klaus Von Stauffenberg! Dad befriended three young orphan girls while in Bremenhaven and witnessed Operation Keelhaul there - So much for enmity was the title of Dad's photograph. Dad was a true Mayflower and Son of the American Revolution whose life was shortened by Carter Democrats. He was gentle and kind to people and animals. I blamed Democrat President Woodrow Wilson for this as well as Democrat President FDR making me distrust and dislike Democrats. BGen Peter F. Steele, USMC [Ret] son of the late RADM Peter Steele, USN.

Here's how to automatically send a growing daily stream of junk email to flag@whitehouse.gov:

1. Set up a special gmail account (mail.google.com) just for this purpose.

2. Under "Settings->Forwarding and POP/IMAP", select “Forward a copy of incoming mail to”, then fill in flag@whitehouse.gov

3. Then sign up for a bunch of free, email-generating web services (eg. GoogleAlerts) using the gmail account.

4. Tell your friends how they too can automate the revolution.

Hit back ten times as hard. Every day.
