Much has been said about the H1N1 vaccine, which some compare to vaccines foisted on the public in the 1970s that killed more people than the flu itself. Many comments are certainly hype and the work of doomsayers. So what do we really know?
For starters, we know that NY health workers are being forced to take the sparsely-tested H1N1 vaccine. CBS News published an open letter from health providers warning about the planned forced vaccination, which states in part:
The H1N1 vaccine has been rushed out with minimal testing. Testing was to occur over a three-week period, and in the rush to be the fastest providers of the vaccine, manufacturers were funded for production before that brief period was even concluded.
What are the implications of this?
First, it is immoral for the state of New York to force its health workers to take an untested vaccine or any other vaccine. There is no major crisis. Millions of Americans have not died of H1N1. Not even thousands have died. In the 1970s, in a similar government rush to keep its citizens “safe,” vaccinations caused more deaths than the actual flu. Government health officials are now saying that refusing to take the flu vaccination today just because of a killer vaccination in the 70s is like saying a plane crashed in the 70s so you won’t fly today. This is a phony argument because planes undergo rigorous inspections and airlines are not immune to lawsuits in the case of negligence.
Governments, whether state or federal, that force people to behave as if they trust them (when they aren't trustworthy), are subjecting millions of citizens to unreasonable danger and are therefore immoral and overstepping their bounds.
The drug companies that distribute inadequately tested vaccines are also immoral for at least 3 reasons: 1) they are bypassing the free market route, the only fair way to do business, and teaming up with government in an economic scheme called fascism; 2) they are distributing untested drugs illegally, aided and abetted by a government that is behaving immorally; and 3) they intend to distribute the vaccine under an immoral government indemnity that makes them immune to lawsuits and exempts them from due diligence in testing.
Any upstanding ethical company would refuse to be involved with anything that has all the appearances of impropriety, i.e., an unsavory alliance with a government willing to put its citizens at major risk to life and limb. They only do so because they understand that the government will force many people to buy their product. Thus they are no longer bound by the code of free market ethics that would bind them to do what is right. They fear no consequences because the government has exempted them.
This type of affiliation between government and business is not only immoral but also unconstitutional and hence illegal. But they just don’t care. Voters, too, have a part in this, by having allowed the immoral and unconstitutional government to usurp power.
So what can we do?
We know that there are drug companies that can’t wait to capitalize on a situation that has been misrepresented as a “crisis” by a government that has admitted it uses crises for its own political aims. As a U.S. citizen, you have the right and duty to stand up to these companies by emailing or phoning them to express your displeasure using at least the links below and any optional information you discover on your own.

Good talking points might be:
- It is my understanding that you are participating in the accelerated development and testing of a vaccine against H1N1 to be distributed possibly in the USA, possibly mandatorily. This is a grave concern to me as a U.S. citizen.
- The London-based European Medicines Agency (EMA), tasked with vetting the safety of pandemic flu vaccine, has admitted that the WHO and vaccine companies are conducting a large-scale experiment on the people of the world by using a vaccine of unknown safety.
- If your company is developing H1N1 vaccine under contract with any government or for sale anywhere in a government sponsored program, then your company is engaging in an impropriety, as you are aware that the government has given you indemnity against all lawsuits arising as a result of any untoward effects of your vaccine or any irresponsible actions on your part.
- If you are participating in the distribution of H1N1 vaccine and wish to operate morally and ethically, you will publicly announce that you do not accept the terms of this improper indemnity, which I believe is unconstitutional and immoral.
- If you distribute the vaccine and do not renounce any indemnity that may be decreed or has been decreed by any government, I will not under any circumstances take this vaccine or allow my children to do so because I will assume your company has not done due diligence in testing the vaccine.
- I will also actively participate in avoiding any products your company may produce, and will urge my doctor to do the same.
Then with God’s help we will win and these companies will either get back into the free market or go into the biohazard waste bin of pharmaceutical history.
