TNA Online: The Difference a Year Makes

In September 2008, the month we revamped TheNewAmerican.com and also began publishing online articles daily, 28,993 absolute unique visitors (different people) came to the website. In September of this year, 142,921 absolute unique visitors came to TheNewAmerican.com. That surge in the number of absolute unique visitors represents an annual growth rate of 393 percent.

A growth rate of that magnitude over the coming year may be too much to hope for, but there is no doubt that the traffic will continue to grow as long as we keep on doing what we’re doing. Moreover, the nature of the traffic is also very exciting: Most of the visitors who come to TheNewAmerican.com have not been there previously, and by coming (usually through a search engine or a referring website) they are introduced to The New American.

Over time, our expectation is that the regular traffic coming to the site will grow along with the total traffic, and that there will also be an increasing number of visitors to TheNewAmerican.com who will also go to JBS.org and (in many cases) become a part of what Robert Welch called “our epic undertaking.”

When you see a story that would benefit someone whom you are already emailing (no spamming!), please email the story to him. And please encourage others to visit TheNewAmerican.com as well.
