While baton-wielding police outside battled protestors in the streets, a series of setbacks and continued roadblocks in negotiations left some of the meeting’s most important nations saying the conference was in trouble. "The process is not transparent," complained a high-ranking official with the Chinese delegation, one of the conference's most important players. "We are opposed to the proceeding." The Chinese were referring to the text of a new draft document that was reportedly being circulated by the Danish delegation, which is host to the conference. But there was confusion even on that point, as some denied even the existence of the new text. With the talks clearly deadlocked, Connie Hedegaard, former Danish climate minister, resigned from the conference presidency to allow her boss, Danish Prime Minister Lars Loekke Rasmussen to preside as world leaders from 115 nations streamed into Copenhagen. She was to continue overseeing the closed-door negotiations. Although Hedegaard will not be the ‘face’ of the conference, she is still very much an active part of the proceedings. Still, it appears that the Internationalists may actually be concerned that their agenda — which once seemed like a fait accompli — may remain unattained within the context of the Copenhagen meeting. According to the Wall Street Journal, Yvo de Boer, the Executive Secretary of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), declared, “I still believe it’s possible to reach real success, but I must say that in that context the next 24 hours are absolutely critical” — critical, that is, to shackling the nations of the world to a treaty which could damage the prosperity of the free world for generations to come and massively expand the power of the UN to interfere with virtually every aspect of our lives. According to some reports, even seemingly little things such as the freedom to enjoy a family vacation would be affected. "GMA" asked the Republican governor Tuesday morning about Palin's call for President Obama to boycott Copenhagen in order to keep the focus on growing the economy. "I don't think you have to choose," he said. "I think it is nonsense talk to say, 'Let's talk first about the economy.' You can do both." Of those who don't believe global warming is real, he said, "They're still living in the Stone Age, which is OK. We need people like that too." Of course, Governor Schwarzenegger’s career in public life was launched by playing a “Stone Age” character — Conan the Barbarian — so perhaps the Governator intended his witticism as a compliment? Well, no. But perhaps he could learn something from the ‘eleventh commandment’ formulated by a previous governor of California. The theme for the day is: What is leadership? The Internationalists appear to perceive of leadership as the herding of masses behind a preconceived opinion. Others seem to conceive of leadership as racing out in front of the stampeding herd so that one may give an appearance of providing guidance. But more often than not, real leadership is found in stopping the stampede.

The Terminator of the Pursuit of Happiness (not to mention Life and Liberty) speaks out... "They're still living in the Stone Age, which is OK. We need people like that too." No, Arnold. No one in the United States is living in the Stone Age. However, it is evident that there are people (like you and Al Gore and Nancy Pelosi and Hillary Clinton and a bunch of others on the inside) who want to send the common folk back their. Of course, them same Insiders won't want to go back there themselves... after all, somebody has to mind the shop! |

EXPOSED! The president of the Copenhagen (_economic_) "climate change" Conference admits the real agenda! A Global Democratic _System_. This is easily read code for communism. Democracy, even if it was truly implemented (which these managers have no intention of doing), is to be more feared than a tyrannical king - at least that's what our Founding Fathers believed. More exposure of the connections and the power behind the thrones to be revealed.... |

It looks as if the LORD Has answered "Yes" to my prayer that the ridiculous Copenhagen thing be plagued with nothing but problems, minor as well as major. Please allow me to requote: Psalm 2:4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the LORD shall have them in derision. Psalm 59:8 But Thou, O LORD, shalt laugh at them; Thou shalt have all the heathen in derision. It couldn't happen to a more deserving bunch. :) |
