- Step 1 Contact your Congressman asking for their position on an issue.
- Step 2 Use Scribd to upload the e-mail or a pdf scan of the letter you receive back from your representative to Letters From Congress.
- Step 3 Broadcast the Letters From Congress Scribd link for your posted letter via e-mail or posts on message boards and comment sections.
