The John Birch Society’s program Choose Freedom — STOP ObamaCare is moving into high gear with an arsenal of new material, speakers who will be available across the nation, and an outreach program for members and chapters that must be approached with a sense of urgency if we are to be successful.
Listed below are a number of items that can be ordered directly from our headquarters in Appleton or downloaded from our JBS.org website.

There are four doctors who have made themselves available for speaking engagements in selected parts of the country. Each will give a physician’s point of view about the dangers posed by ObamaCare to the medical profession and to the people under their care. Making reservations for a speaker can be accomplished by contacting your Coordinator or Appleton.

Projects for Chapters and Members
If we are to achieve success in stopping ObamaCare, chapters and members throughout the country must step up and work in an organized fashion to ensure the information we provide is placed in hands where it will do the most good. The following recommendations will help accomplish this extremely important undertaking.
1. Deliver both The New American and the DVD ObamaCare 101 to state legislators along with a sample copy of the suggested nullification bill.
2. Visit the offices of doctors to provide copies of TNA and the DVD along with an appeal that they sign a request for nullification to be sent to appropriate elected officials.
3. Sponsor one of the doctors named above to speak in your area. Then saturate the medical buildings, hospitals and doctors’ offices with speech flyers in order to attract medical professionals to the talk.
4. Set up a table or booth at various public gatherings including state, county, city and street fairs. Order the vinyl banner to use behind your table, and download and print the poster for display in areas that generate heavy foot traffic.
5. Distribute flyers for showings of the ObamaCare 101 DVD and have membership applications available at the conclusion of each showing.
6. A high level of visibility will be an asset that attracts many prospects that feel as we do about government control over our healthcare.
