We have a great opportunity to meet our responsibilities as members in the Choose Freedom – Stop ObamaCare campaign.  Getting out the door and delivering a load of the “ObamaCare and You” issue of TNA and the  ObamaCare 101 DVD will surprise you with the results you achieve.

Coordinator Jim Sandman saturated three Medical Office Buildings with TNA copies along with a cover letter Jim had with the signatures of six doctors urging fellow doctors to participate in the campaign.  In one office, the “overseer” was very helpful to Jim, providing him with the names of the doctors in the office to address the package to the doctors specifically.  He noticed a complete sense of approval of his efforts.

Coordinator Ken Hoover reported that one of his members was approached by a staffer in a doctor’s office requesting copies of the magazine for everyone in the office, not just the doctors.

The cover letters are very beneficial in motivating the doctors to read the issue and view the DVD.  Be sure to collect a business card for each doctor you provide with the magazine so you can follow up and help them to participate even more.  Be ready to provide examples of what they can do: underwriting ads in newspapers, paying for ads on the radio, placing a message on a billboard, etc.

You should also request that they sponsor a speaker for an engagement locally.  Please remember to ask the doctors for referrals of colleagues they feel would be interested in participating.
