The SPLC: A Danger To American Liberties
New speaking tour reveals the true intentions of the SPLC and expresses the importance of supporting your local police and keeping them independent
APPLETON, WIS. — October 24, 2011 — "The SPLC: A Danger to American Liberties" is the newest John Birch Society speaking tour that exposes the intolerant nature of the Southern Poverty Law Center and its smears on decent, patriotic Americans.
William F. Jasper, author and regular contributor to The New American magazine, will reveal the true intentions of the SPLC and the importance of supporting our local police and keeping them independent.
Jasper will be headlining the following venues:
· The Hilton Salt Lake City Airport Hotel on November 15 at 7:30 p.m. (Salt Lake City, UT)
· The Boise Hotel on November 16 at 7:00 p.m. (Boise, ID)
· The Howard Johnson Plaza on November 17 at 7:00 p.m. (Yakima, WA)
· Hampton Inn & Suites on November 18 at 7:30 p.m. (Seattle(Federal Way), WA)
· L.A. Airport Marriot on December 9 at 7:30 p.m. (Los Angeles, CA)
You can find more information about each venue at http://www.jbs.org/connect/calendar/month.calendar/2011/10/24/-.
Jasper writes in his recent article, “Protecting Rights: Loyal Americans Targeted by the SPLC,” “The SPLC’s atrocious actions have energized many on the political Right and have alienated even many of their erstwhile allies on the Left. Over the past several years this has prompted many who had previously given the SPLC a pass — or had even applauded and supported them — to start serious investigations of the organization’s fundraising activities, their incessant, fear-mongering hype, and their radical, left-wing political agenda.”
Overall Jasper will provide information about the SPLC as an organization and why it is important to keep our local police independent and why they should not work hand-in-hand with the SPLC.
Media representatives are welcome to attend any of the presentations. Please contact the local event chairman beforehand to attend. Jasper is available for interviews. These events are open to the public.
