Even as the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is instructing U.S. Border Patrol agents to run away from violent criminals, the Lone Star State is preparing to meet force with force. The commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Aerospace Force declared Wednesday that the IRGC has prepared comprehensive contingency plans to attack 35 American military bases in the region “within minutes” of an American military strike on his country.

In the first part of this article we wrote about crimes committed by the educators against individual children. But these same educators are also guilty of crimes against the nation. Indeed, back in 1983, the National Commission on Excellence in Education produced its long-awaited and by now totally ignored report entitled "A Nation at Risk." It was chaired by David P. Gardner and included such prominent members as Nobel prize-winning chemist Glenn T. Seaborg; A. Bartlett Giamatti, President of Yale; Gerald Holton, Professor of Physics at Harvard; and Annette Y. Kirk, wife of conservative author Russell Kirk. The most famous statement in the report accused our educators of outright treason. It said:

Despite conventional wisdom and reports from the mainstream media, the present day actions of the Russian Federation, led by Vladimir Putin and Dmitry Medvedev, reflect little to no deviation from the strategic anti-Western polices set forth by the Soviet Union, during the Cold War.

Although the Obama administration has been a bit more forthcoming lately in its admission of its policy of using drones to kill enemies by remote control, there is still an official reluctance to let too much information reach the public.

In the last year or so, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and a group of reporters have filed Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) petitions requesting that the federal government provide greater access to operational details of the drone program and the legal arguments forwarded by the Obama administration in justifying not only the use of the drones, but their use in the killing of thousands in Pakistan alone.

The attorney for accused document leaker former U.S. Army Private Bradley Manning won a pretrial motion for full discovery of exculpatory evidence in military court June 25, according to various news sources.

On Monday, President Obama approved the loan of nearly $126 million to the communist regime in Vietnam to purchase a satellite from Lockheed Martin. In his memorandum to the Secretary of State to authorizing the loan, President Obama insists that making the loan was “in the national interest of the United States.”
