Prosecutors in the case against George Zimmerman charged him with second-degree murder in the shooting of Trayvon Martin and released an affidavit explaining the grounds for their charges. The evidence presented thus far doesn’t quite square with facts of the case, but that aside, legal experts told media outlets that prosecutors will have a tough time convicting Zimmerman of murder.
The special prosecutor investigating the shooting death of Trayvon Martin has charged the shooter, George Zimmerman, with second-degree murder, according to news reports. Zimmerman, who went into hiding with his family after members of the New Black Panther Party (NBPP) put a bounty on his head, turned himself in after Angela Corey announced the charge.
As controversy continues swirling around the shooting of Trayvon Martin, the family of George Zimmerman, the man who shot Martin, has demanded that U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder explain why he has not pursued charges against the New Black Panther Party, which put a bounty on Zimmerman’s head and is now threatening to start a “race war.”
Black and white racist groups including the “New Black Panther Party” (NBPP) and the “National Socialist Movement” (NSM) — both believed to be heavily infiltrated by federal agencies — claim to be preparing for an all-out “race war” as the fallout from the shooting of Trayvon Martin continues to spiral out of control. Meanwhile, President Obama, much of the establishment press, professional hate agitators, and even the United Nations have been pouring fuel on the fire.
"A man is never more truthful than when he acknowledges himself a liar," said Mark Twain. Last week, NBC News became truthful, at least partially, when it issued an apology about altering a taped 911 conversation between George Zimmerman and a police dispatcher in the high-profile Trayvon Martin story, a case being linked to racism and profiling.
As the shooting of Trayvon Martin in Florida continues to dominate headlines around the world, United Nations “High Commissioner for Human Rights” Navi Pillay publicly demanded an investigation of the incident and the prosecution of shooter George Zimmerman. She also expressed concerns about the state’s “Stand Your Ground” law that allows would-be victims to defend themselves.
It’s no surprise that Al Sharpton and his fellow rabble-rouser, Jesse Jackson, are doing everything they can to stir passions to the boiling point regarding the death of Trayvon Martin in Sanford, Florida. That’s been their modus operandi for more than 20 years. Does anybody remember Tawana Brawley, the fake rape victim Sharpton used as his first stepping-stone to national fame (or should I say infamy)?
Following the exposure of NBC’s edited conversation between George Zimmerman and a police dispatcher prior to the shooting of Trayvon Martin, NBC announced its investigation into the matter. NBC told the Washington Post on Saturday, “We have launched an internal investigation into the editorial process surrounding this particular story.”
Spike Lee, the black leftist director, has settled with an elderly couple whose lives he endangered when he tweeted their address to his Twitter followers, hoping someone would wreak vengeance upon George Zimmerman, who shot and killed black teenager Trayvon Martin in a gated neighborhood in Sanford, Florida on February 26.
