President Obama will not wait on states to enforce ObamaCare. The Obama administration has announced its intent to disregard state laws and state constitutional amendments prohibiting the enforcement of ObamaCare.

Citing the Constitution's supremacy clause, a federal judge struck down a Missouri law allowing individuals and employers to opt out of the ObamaCare contraception mandate for moral or religious reasons.

Two county sheriffs in Colorado have vowed not to enforce the bills that Governor John Hickenlooper is about to sign into law, saying that they are unenforceable and merely "feel-good, knee-jerk" laws that won't reduce crime in the state.
