Six Senators Drafting Healthcare Bill with Insurance Cooperative Instead of Public Option
Six senators on the Senate Finance Committee are drafting a compromise bill which includes a health care insurance cooperative (instead of a government-run insurance plan) that will insure 95 percent of Americans by 2015, which they believe will help get a healthcare reform bill passed by Congress this year.
