Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Anthony Fauci has become a household name appearing almost daily at the White House Coronavirus Task Force’s daily press conferences and on both broadcast and cable news television interviews. However, the entire premise of his so-called “solutions” is predicated on notion of granting the government broad powers and unconstitutional controls over the lives of Americans. Fauci should be fired.
Fauci has been the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) since 1984, spanning six presidential administrations including under President Trump. Fauci is regarded as the brains of the White House Coronavirus Task Force, calling the shots on the need to practice “social distancing” and encouraging state governors to issue draconian and unconstitutional “shelter-in-place” orders, forcing millions of Americans to stay at home.
As of April 13, 2020, the New York Times reported that “at least 316 million people in at least 42 states, three counties, nine cities, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico are being urged to stay home.” That’s roughly over 95-percent of the total U.S. population!
Appearing on CNN’s coronavirus town hall, on April 2, 2020, Fauci said that all Americans should be sheltering at home and that every state should be abiding by federal guidelines. “I don’t understand why that’s not happening,” Fauci said, “The tension between federally mandated versus states rights to do what they want is something I don’t want to get into, but if you look at what’s going on in this country I just don’t understand why we’re not doing that — we really should be,” Fauci added.
During the 1980s, Fauci fear-mongered the severity of AIDS by grossly exaggerated the spread of the disease among heterosexuals. Fauci has also praised World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus for his global leadership and response to the pandemic.
“Tedros is really an outstanding person,” Fauci said during the March 25, 2020 White House Coronavirus Task Force briefing. “I’ve known him from the time that he was the minister of Health of Ethiopia. “I mean, obviously, over the years, anyone who says that the WHO has not had problems has not been watching the WHO. But I think, under his leadership, they’ve done very well.”
Tedros owes his position as director-general of the WHO to Communist China, which he has long had ties to since his days as Ethiopia’s health minister. He has recently been under fire for helping the Chinese Communist Party government conceal early reports about the severity and origins of the coronavirus.
In a CNN interview, on April 12, 2020, Fauci unloaded on President Trump for not closing down the country even sooner in order to save more lives. Previously, Fauci also poured cold water on President Trump’s desire to open-up parts of the country by Easter, calling it “aspirational projection to give people some hope.”
Fauci has also repeatedly reiterated the need for Americans to say at home for additional weeks. When Trump reluctantly extended the Task Force’s 15-day guidelines for social distancing, Fauci told CNN, on March 30, 2020, “…we argued strongly with the president that he not withdraw those guidelines after fifteen days.”
Looking forward, Fauci has called for a permanent end to hand shaking and has discussed the possibility of forcing Americans to carry a certificates of immunity for the coronavirus after there’s been widespread antibody testing. During a CNN interview, on April 10, 2020, host Alisyn Camerota asked Fauci, “Can you imagine a time where Americans carry certificates of immunity?” Fauci replied, “You know that’s possible. It’s one of those things that we talk about when we want to make sure that we know who the vulnerable people are and not. This is something that’s being discussed. I think it might actually have some merit, under certain circumstances.”
The idea of forcing Americans to carry what amounts to a national health ID is unconstitutional, violating the Fourth Amendment in the Bill of Rights, which explicitly states: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated…” Fauci’s so-called solutions for more government control over people’s lives amount to tyranny, hence why he should be fired from both the White House Coronavirus Task Force and as head of the NIAID.
Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, who holds a PhD from MIT in the field of Biological Engineering, has referred to Fauci’s recommendations as “medieval medicine” and “fake science,” calling for his indictment and firing.
In an open letter to President Trump about how to properly address the coronavirus without shutting down the economy, Dr. Shiva said about Fauci:
The current trajectory of Dr. Anthony Fauci’s public “health” policy will result in the short- and long-term destruction of our citizen’s immune health as well as our nation’s economic health – perhaps a conscious and intended goal. Dr. Fauci’s policy, at best, is based on a 1950s outdated “one-size-fits-all,” non-personalized approach to medicine and public health; at worst is derived from a “fake science” understanding of the immune system – one, which Dr. Fauci, over five decades has perpetuated, and exploited to build his career.
Former Congressman Ron Paul has also called for Fauci to be fired. On the April 9, 2020 episode of the Ron Paul Liberty Report, Ron Paul and co-host Daniel McAdams called out Fauci for being fraud and made the case for why he should be fired. “Of course a significant move would be to get rid of Fauci,” Dr. Paul said. “He should be fired, but if you don’t do it in the literal sense the people have to fire him. They have to fire him by saying, ‘He’s a fraud!’ He doesn’t give us any good information. They didn’t save us from ourselves.” Paul further added, “I think the most important thing is people have to quit listening to him. If they are going to listen to him, listen to him critically. What is he saying and what are other people saying?”
Please phone, email, tweet and video message your U.S. representative, senators, and President Trump and urge them to fire Fauci from both the White House Coronavirus Task Force and as director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.
