On April 10, 2020, during a CNN interview, Dr. Anthony Fauci – the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases – revealed that the federal government has discussed requiring Americans to carry certificates of immunity for the coronavirus after there’s been widespread antibody testing.
CNN host Alisyn Camerota asked Fuaci, “Can you imagine a time where Americans carry certificates of immunity?” Fauci replied, “You know that’s possible. It’s one of those things that we talk about when we want to make sure that we know who the vulnerable people are and not. This is something that’s being discussed. I think it might actually have some merit, under certain circumstances.”
This plan, which Fauci personally believes might actually have some merit, would be akin to a national health ID. In online article, published on TheNewAmerican.com on April 11, 2020, Dennis Behreandt reported:
This has been under development by international agencies along with Gates Foundation for several years. Planning for this is being done by ID2020, an organization supported by Accenture, the Rockefeller Foundation, Microsoft Corp., and others. Of note, among the others is Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, whose support of ID2020 demonstrates the interest of would-be global population managers in tying vaccination to identification.
Behreandt continued, “A first step toward implementing this goal is conditioning people to accept the idea that they will need to prove their vaccination and health status before being allowed by government to engage in any activities that, heretofore, were exercised without restriction by a free people.”
As Behreandt also pointed out in his article, during an “Ask Me Anything” session on the website Reddit, on March 18, 2020, Bill Gates – the former head of Microsoft – remarked: “Eventually we will have some digital certificates to show who has recovered or been tested recently or when we have a vaccine who has received it.”
In addition to Fauci and Gates forcing Americans to carry their medical papers, or proof of immunization to the coronavirus, the Big Tech giants Apple and Google are developing an app to trace the movements of Americans to warn them if they come into contact with individuals who’ve tested positive for the virus.
According to an online article published on the Wall Street Journal, on April 11, 2020, “Such apps could warn users if they were nearby someone later diagnosed as positive for Covid-19.” In fact, the Journal began the article by asking, “Do Apple Inc. and Alphabet Inc.’s Google hold the key for tracking the spread of Covid-19 and possibly reopening the global economy?”
The Fourth Amendment to the Constitution, in the Bill of Rights, unequivocally guarantees:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated…
Some are calling these draconian measures “the new normal,” but if it’s “new” then it really isn’t normal – the way things were before this pandemic started. In fact, none of these proposals are constitutional or in keeping with a free society. Article VI, Clause 2 – also known as the Supremacy Clause – of the Constitution plainly states:
This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof […] shall be the supreme law of the land.
Of the government’s draconian response to the coronavirus, former Congressman Ron Paul said, on his April 7, 2020 episode of The Liberty Report: “It’s based on authoritarianism – that government knows what’s best and individuals are incapable of taking care. It really boils down to this whole concept of who’s responsible for protecting against risk and obviously in a free society the individual is.”
Dr. Paul is exactly correct. In a free society, it’s up to individuals – not the government – to protect against risk. This is exactly why we shouldn’t wait for Fauci, Gates, Big Tech, large tax-exempt foundations, or the government to co-opt the narrative of the purported benefits of Americans giving of up our rights by submitting to a national health ID or coronavirus tracking through their cellular devices.
Should these proposals be implemented, they also may give rise to mass forced vaccinations.
Please phone, email, tweet and video message your U.S. representative, senators, and President Trump and urge them to stop and oppose: 1) forcing Americans to carry certificates of immunity to the coronavirus, 2) being tracked by their smartphones, and 3) any calls for forcing all Americans to undergo mass vaccinations for the coronavirus once a vaccine is developed in the next year or two.
