This past Wednesday, President Donald Trump supported a bill to cut the number of immigrants coming into the U.S. legally. The bill, the RAISE Act, was introduced by Senators David Perdue (R-Ga.) and Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) and favors the applicants that have higher education, financial security, English language ability, and job experience. It seems as if Trump is following through with his promise to keep “America First” by prioritizing America’s needs before the needs of other countries.
Previously under Obama, the leverage of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) permitted millions to be relocated in the United States, changing America’s culture and costing American taxpayers billions. Instead of relocating refugees here, Trump suggested them being relocated in a safe zone in their own country. He commented more on immigration at his speech
in Phoenix, Arizona.
“The truth is, our immigration system is worse than anyone realizes. But the facts aren’t known because the media won’t report on them, the politicians won’t talk about them, and the special interests spend a lot of money trying to cover them up.
Today you will get the truth.
The fundamental problem with the immigration system in our country is that it serves the needs of wealthy donors, political activists and powerful politicians. Let me tell you who it doesn’t serve: it doesn’t serve you, the American people,” said Trump.
Securing the border and enforcing strict immigration policies safeguards the rights of legal citizens already living in America. If a country has no borders or a relaxed immigration policy, then that country belongs to anyone who wishes to come in. And the global elites are right there waiting to take control and secure a global government with everyone reliant upon the government to survive.
The Founding Fathers
gave warnings of immigration because they knew that if immigration from other countries is large enough, it can change the culture of the country. Thomas Jefferson voiced his concern: “Suppose 20 millions of republican Americans [were] thrown all of a sudden into France, what would be the condition of that kingdom? If it would be more turbulent, less happy, less strong, we may believe that the addition of a half a million foreigners to our present numbers would produce a similar effect here.”
The United Nations immigration policy has always tended to weaken the American way of life, to influence election outcomes with voters that are dependent on government assistance, and in general, to create an environment where the government is in complete control of our destinies, and can take away our freedoms and replace them with complete tyranny.
1. Call and email your representative and senators to get us out of the United Nations. Representatives should co-sponsor and support H.R. 193 and senators should be urged to introduce a similar bill in the Senate.
