Getting Rid of Obamacare for Good!

Last week, the Trump administration’s Department of Justice (DOJ) sided with a district court ruling that sought the invalidation of the Affordable Care Act and its provisions. Commonly referred to as Obamacare, the Affordable Care Act has been downright unconstitutional from the start, but eliminating it and removing the option for a replacement, won’t be easy. Obamacare has been deeply interlaced into the American healthcare system and has laid the framework for socialized healthcare.

Recall that the U.S. District Court Judge Reed O’Conner ruled in December that Obamacare’s individual mandate was unconstitutional and invalid. We couldn’t agree more! Nowhere in the Constitution does it state that healthcare is a federal responsibility. The power and responsibility should lie with the states and the people. With the federal government involved in healthcare, it has resulted in low quality, locked-in pre-determined rates, and even the denial of healthcare for those who desperately need it.
It is time to get ourselves out of this mess for good and restore healthcare for all Americans. The only solution is to repeal Obamacare without a replacement. By opening up healthcare again to the free market, coverages can be purchased without mandates, subsidies, or government interference, leading to lower costs and competitiveness, resulting in better healthcare for all. But because of growing support for a universal healthcare plans from politicians like Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders, many believe that socialized medicine is a valued option. Educating the public on the dangers of universal healthcare and showcasing how vulnerable we will become when surrendering our basic healthcare to the government, is even more crucial than ever.

Join with us in contacting your elected officials to push back against this socialized medicine scheme! Because a government big enough to give you everything you need is a government big enough to take everything you have, action is needed now. If we don’t start rolling back the federal government, it will only continue to grow resulting in it smothering our God-given rights and freedoms. Affirming that Obamacare is unconstitutional, we are one step closer to eliminating federalized healthcare for good. Together we can make a difference! Work towards educating yourself and then others!
